We pulled the best of the best of Federal Premium's Black Cloud with Dr. Duck and Billy Campbell from the 2019-2020 duck season. Black Cloud’s almost-live weekly action will offer public land duck hunters valuable information on what waterfowl conditions are currently – without giving away specific locations. Dennis and Billy’s main goals are to share knowledge, encourage new duck hunters, and teach public land/water etiquette. Black Cloud is all about the journey.
